계정 삭제

StarCloudGames 게임의 계정과 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.

대상 게임

계정을 만드는 게임은 활활법사 (Blaze Mage)입니다. Meow Flow!처럼 계정이 없는 게임은 게임 데이터가 기기에만 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 데이터도 함께 지워집니다.

게임 안에서 삭제하기

  1. 활활법사를 실행하고 설정을 엽니다.
  2. 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
  3. 안내를 확인하고 진행하면 계정과 게임 데이터가 바로 삭제되고 게임이 종료됩니다.

앱 없이 삭제 요청하기

앱을 지웠거나 실행할 수 없다면 contact@starcloudgames.com으로 아래 내용을 보내 주세요.

  • 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
  • 게임 이름: 활활법사
  • UID: 게임 설정 화면에 표시되는 계정 번호 (알고 있다면)
  • 로그인 방식(Google, Apple, 게스트)과 연동한 계정의 이메일 주소

본인 확인을 거친 뒤 늦어도 10일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다. 게스트 계정은 UID를 모르면 본인을 확인할 방법이 없어 삭제하지 못할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 정보

  • 계정 정보: UID, 연동한 Google 또는 Apple 계정의 식별자와 이메일 주소
  • 게임 데이터: 진행 상황, 재화, 영웅, 장비, 아티팩트, 구매로 받은 아이템 등 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터

Apple로 로그인한 계정은 삭제할 때 Apple 로그인 연결도 함께 해제됩니다. 삭제한 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없고, 남아 있는 유료 재화와 아이템도 함께 사라집니다. 환불이 필요하면 삭제하기 전에 문의해 주세요.

삭제 후에도 보관하는 정보

  • 결제 기록(주문번호, 상품, 금액, 일시): 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
  • 소비자 불만과 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (같은 법)
  • 이용 통계와 오류 기록: 분석 도구의 보관 기간이 지나면 자동 삭제

Which games

Accounts are used in Blaze Mage (활활법사). Games without accounts, such as Meow Flow!, keep game data only on your device, so deleting the app also deletes the data.

Delete in the game

  1. Open Blaze Mage and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account Delete.
  3. Confirm, and your account and game data are deleted right away. The game then closes.

Request deletion without the app

If you have removed the app or cannot open it, email contact@starcloudgames.com with the following.

  • Subject: Account deletion request
  • Game: Blaze Mage
  • UID: the account number shown on the in-game Settings screen, if you know it
  • How you signed in (Google, Apple or guest) and the email address of the linked account

We will verify that the account is yours, delete it within 10 days at the latest and reply with the result. For guest accounts, we may be unable to verify ownership without the UID, in which case we cannot delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Account information: UID, and the identifier and email address of the linked Google or Apple account
  • Game data: progress, currency, heroes, gear, artifacts, purchased items and everything else stored on our servers

For accounts signed in with Apple, the Sign in with Apple connection is also revoked. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered, and any remaining paid currency and items are lost with them. If you need a refund, contact us before deleting.

What we keep after deletion

  • Payment records (order number, product, price, date): 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Records of consumer complaints and disputes: 3 years (same Act)
  • Usage statistics and error logs: deleted automatically when the analytics tools' retention period ends
